Promotion “Connect 3 free months of a LinkedIn account with your Free plan” terms and conditions
Preliminary.
The owner of the Metricool tool and the promoter of the promotion “Connect 3 months for free a LinkedIn account with your Free plan” (hereinafter, the Promotion) is Metricool Software, S.L., with registered office at c/ Téllez, nº 12, Entreplanta H, 28007, Madrid – Spain, with VAT number: B87527115 (VAT number: ESB87527115), duly registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid in Volume 34.491, Folio 123, Section 8, Page M-620.321.

For the purposes of the provisions of these terms and conditios, the following terms, in the form in which they are written, shall have the following meanings:
Metricool: tool aimed at professionals and companies for the management of accounts and advertising campaigns on social networks with a purpose related to their commercial activity, business, trade or profession, with access, depending on the contracted Plan to different functionalities and/or services through the website https://app.metricool.com/ and/or the Metricool app for iOS or Android.
METRICOOL SOFTWARE: company that owns Metricool and whose full details have been stated above.
Administrator: professional or company (Community Managers, Social Media Managers, advertising or digital marketing agencies, etc.) that manages third party accounts or their own accounts in social networks using Metricool, with a purpose related to their commercial activity, business, trade or profession.
Brand: set of all associated social networks, understood as web or blog, or social network accounts available for connection with Metricool, owned by the Administrator or any natural or legal person who hires the services of the Administrator for the management of their social network accounts through Metricool.
2. Object and conditions to benefit from the Promotion.
The purpose of the Promotion is to offer the possibility of connecting for free a single LinkedIn account (personal or professional) for a period of three (3) months, without the need to contract a payment plan, exclusively to the Administrator of a free Metricool plan (Free Plan) that meets each and every one of the following conditions:
a) You have not connected any LinkedIn account (personal or professional) with Metricool prior to the start date of this Promotion, regardless of whether you have deleted it after your connection.
b) Not to have been an Administrator of any payment plan at the time of connecting a LinkedIn account with Metricool, regardless of whether it has been deleted after its connection.
c) Has not previously benefited from this Promotion.
d) Has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions by marking the check box provided for this purpose in the application process for participation in the Promotion.
In the event of disconnection of the LinkedIn account during the term of the Promotion, the Administrator may only reconnect the same account previously linked during the Promotion (personal or professional).
3. Duration of the Promotion.
The Promotion will be in effect as of July 8, 2025 and for a period of one (1) month, notwithstanding that METRICOOL SOFTWARE reserves the right to extend the term of the Promotion without a specific termination date, in the sense that the Promotion will remain in effect as long as the interface that allows an Administrator of a free plan to request to benefit from the Promotion after the initial month indicated above is active in Metricool.
4. Duration of the free linkage.
The LinkedIn account may be kept connected for free for a period of 3 months from the time of initial connection during the term of the Promotion. After such 3-month period, if the Administrator continues with the Free Plan, the LinkedIn account will be automatically disconnected. If the Administrator wishes to continue with the connection of a LinkedIn account in Metricool, he/she will have to contract one of the available payment plans.
5. Limitations and additional conditions.
The Promotion is granted only once per Administrator, regardless of the number of trademarks managed. METRICOOL SOFTWARE reserves the right to verify compliance with the requirements set forth in clause 4, including with respect to deleted Marks. Any attempt to circumvent the conditions of participation may result in the cancellation of the benefits granted under this promotion. The promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. Modification and cancellation.
METRICOOL SOFTWARE reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time, without prior notice, provided that there are justified causes or for technical, operational, commercial or legal reasons.
7. Processing of personal data.
The personal data processed as part of the Promotion will be processed by METRICOOL SOFTWARE, S.L. as Data Controller, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights, in order to verify that the Administrators meet the requirements to benefit from the Promotion, correctly apply the benefits of the Promotion and prevent misuse. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party and the legitimate interest of METRICOOL SOFTWARE.
No data will be transferred unless required by law. Certain suppliers may have access to the data as data processors.
The data will be kept for the duration of the purposes described and the applicable legal terms.
The Interested Party may at any time, free of charge, exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation of processing and portability by sending a written request to the following e-mail address: . [email protected]
Likewise, the Interested Party has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if he/she considers that any of his/her data protection rights have been infringed.
8. Anti-fraud measures and condition control.
METRICOOL SOFTWARE may carry out the necessary technical and administrative checks to verify compliance with the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions, including, among others, the detection of multiple connections from the same IP address, the analysis of the Administrator’s activity history, as well as the review of previously deleted or inactive trademarks that have been associated with the Administrator.
Likewise, METRICOOL SOFTWARE reserves the right to deny, suspend or cancel the promotional benefit in case of detecting reasonable indications of fraud, misuse, identity theft or attempt to circumvent the conditions set forth in the Promotion, without prejudice to any legal action that may apply.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.
These promotion terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
