To view Reels trends on Instagram all you have to do is follow these simple steps:
- Select the Professional Dashboard button on your profile and click on Reels Trends or tap the three-line icon on your profile and select Reels Trends.
- Select reels from Audio or Hashtags.
- You may see the prompt “See what’s trending on Reels” on your profile page. You can tap on the button to enter the Reels trends destination.
After you have finished the steps above, you’ll be able to see:
- Trending audio: where you will find the latest trending audio and hear what people are engaging with on Instagram.
- Trending hashtags: Discover the latest trending hashtags to join in the conversation and grow your audience by reaching new people.
It is important to note that you can only have access to this feature if you are in the United States and are using the Instagram mobile app. You need to have a professional account on Instagram to view trends for reels.
Finding Trending Audio
If you want to find trending audio on Instagram, just follow these simple steps:
- Go to your profile.
- Click on the Professional Dashboard button.
- Scroll down to “Trending Audio” under Tips and Resources.
- Here you will find a list of sounds to choose from.
Inspiration on Instagram
Another easy way you can find trending Instagram Reels directly through the app is through the Inspiration tab.
All you have to do is:
- Go to your profile.
- Click on the Professional Dashboard button.
- Scroll down and click on the Inspiration button
- Here you will find videos and posts from other users to get you inspired:
Current Instagram Reel Trends
Other than following the advice listed above, a great way to find trending Instagram reels, you browse your Explore Page or search specific accounts. Some accounts on Instagram are strictly to update their followers on new trends. An awesome account to use would be:
- @creators– This account dedicates their posts to new trends, updates, and more to educate their followers on all things going on with Instagram
TikTok is also a great way to discover some Instagram trends because oftentimes trends that work well on TikTok will also become trending on Instagram.
