One of the most important factors of Google My Business are the reviews that users make about companies.
These comments are very beneficial for companies for several reasons:
- They increase customers’ trust
- They increase the number of searches about a brand
- They improve Google’s ranking
- They can improve your reputation
It’s good that they share their comments and opinions on Google My Business, but also that you, as a company, respond to their reviews. This way users will know that you are paying attention and care about what they think.
Manage their reviews from Metricool
With Metricool apart from analyzing the performance of a Google My Business location and letting you plan your publications, you can also manage the reviews you receive.
It’s quite easy! There are two ways to do it:
In Metricool’s Evolution section, access the analytics of Google My Business. On the dashboard, if you scroll down, you will see a section called Reviews, where you can see a graph with the general score of your business and the comments received.
Below, there is a chart where you will be able to:
➡️Check whether the reviews have been answered or not
➡️Reply to the comments that users left on your GMB profile
The second way that you can manage your Google My Business reviews from Metricool is from the section Real Time. Once there, select Messages. Here you will see the Google My Business logo, if you click it, you will be able to manage the reviews directly.
And that’s it, now you can manage all your reviews received on Google My Business from Metricool.
