Brains > Bots: The Human Side of AI
AI is moving fast. For many of us, the pressure to keep up is creating more overwhelm than confidence.
November 4th, 2026 at 12 pm EST
Using AI today is more than generation and automation. We’re moving away from AI slop and starting to think about where AI can truly help, where it’s just a hindrance, and where human-led learning and coaching is still necessary.
In this session, we’ll step away from the tools, hype, and fear cycle to explore the human side of AI: how people actually learn, build confidence, and adapt during periods of rapid change. We’ll unpack some of the “AI baggage” that can make it harder to experiment, look at why access to tools alone isn’t enough, and explore the role that human-led learning, coaching, and community play in meaningful AI adoption.
We’ll also introduce Growclass’s AI Archetypes: a fun reflection tool designed to help people better understand how they naturally approach learning and using AI!
The goal is to leave people feeling less behind, more curious, and more equipped to build a sustainable relationship with AI that actually makes sense for them and their work.
What you’ll learn:

Why access to tools alone isn’t enough
Find out what actually helps people adopt AI in a meaningful way, and why the latest tool on its own rarely does the job.
The role of human-led learning, coaching, and community
How surveys and preference data can reveal why people really buy from you, which is often not the reason you think, and how that should shape your social messaging.
